kuunavang attacks
the kuunavang attacks will only recharge with morale boost. my question.....
does assassin promise (gained from Xuexao) recharge the skills as well since it recharges all skills. |

Although I've neverplayed assassin I'm going to go on right ahead and guess no. My guess is the celestial skill will behave like Resurrection signet and ONLY be rechargeable through a proper morale boost, that is, killing one of the bosses.
